Hydrojug Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Hydrojug prepares and fulfills orders within 2-3 business days under normal circumstances. During large sales events or product launches, processing can extend to 5-10 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase and a shipping notification with tracking details once your package leaves our fulfillment center.

Shipping Timeframes

After processing, standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days to deliver your order within the United States. Delivery times may vary based on your location and any carrier-related delays. Once your package is with USPS or UPS, Hydrojug cannot influence shipping speed.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping is available on all domestic orders over $54.99.
For orders under $54.99, a flat-rate shipping fee is applied, calculated and displayed at checkout.
We never charge hidden fees, and there are no surprise costs upon delivery.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Use this to monitor your shipment’s progress until delivery.

Address Accuracy and Returns

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, Hydrojug will refund your purchase amount minus the shipping cost.

Missing Packages

If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received the package, please first check around your property thoroughly. This may include porches, garages, or with neighbors. For apartment dwellers, check with the leasing office or front desk. If the package remains missing, contact us through our store’s contact page so we can assist you further.
